THE VIEW FROM THIS BLOG

Blogging is hard. Time is my most critical limitation. Between running a business, raising a family and my technical limits, I'm not sure which excuse is the best for not blogging every day. I'll get better.
One thing I've noticed about allot of blogs is that most have articles, videos and mixed original postings. I figure that there are enough links to the right side of this posting to get you any where you want to go on the internet,after all, you're already there. I see many people who are selective in the articles/videos they post to try and support their views. That's understandable, from both sides.
I just feel that I will post thoughts on what I've read, my life experience, what I've learned, what I've seen and more importantly on what I want to learn more about. I have 'youthful indiscretions', adult mistakes and just plain 'boneheaded' decisions on my resume. I've seen siblings, parents and loved ones die. I've loved and lost. Found the love of my life and helped raise 8 beautiful but challenging offspring.
Anyhow, that's enough of my diary. The point is that all posts on this blog will be original, my thoughts,my words.
I'm very interested in learning from every body who wants to have a civil debate about the best path forward for this country and this planet. Just as we look back at 17th century medicine as primitive, I believe that some day mankind will look back and see that we are very primitive in the year 2007.
Pick one, we've got issues. Why can't we progress as one. Let's talk about it.
