1 LITTLE MAN FIGHTS FOR CONSTITUTION

Please bear with me, I haven't quit figured out how to post links on my blog posts,(remember,I'm a techno idiot), please use the politicicTV.com link in my time wasters link list do a search for 'Comey'. All liberals, conservatives and patriots have to watch the pain in this mans face as he testifies before the Senate. I have always held ex A.G. Ashcroft in low esteem. After viewing this testimony, I view him as great defender of our Constitution.
Deputy Attorney General, James Comey, was made acting Attorney General when Attorney General Ashcroft was stricken very ill the week before he was to certify NSA wiretaps legal for the 31st time. After a Meeting with Comey, they both agreed that the NSA wiretaps were no longer legal and they would not offer re certification.
While I was aware of this before, I never dreamed that it led directly to GW, I just assumed it came from Dick or Karl. Anyway, as the incapacitated Ashcroft lay in his hospital bed Andrew Card and Gonzales came to his bedside to get authorization that the acting A.G. refused to grant,( they needed it the next day), he rose from his bed and said 'no' and pointed to Comey,( who was at his bedside), who again said 'no, this is unconstitutional'. Comey went on to say that he wouldn't even speak to Card without a witness present.
Keep in mind that current Whitehouse legal counsel, Alberto Gonzales, was present. Of course, he his now the current A.G. This is power gone corrupt. This is exactly what the founding fathers were trying to prevent from happening from the very beginning of our nation. I submit to you that our very constitution and our nation is at risk if this sort of behavior goes unchecked.
Gonzales must go. He is a tool of GW, not Americas Attorney General which is what he is supposed to be. By the way, after Ashcroft became incapacitated and he turned his duties over to Comey, it would have been an illegal signature if he had signed those documents that Card and Gonzales tried to pressure him to sign. Card and Gonzales were taking their orders directly from GW. THIS IS CRIMINAL
